Currently, I am not working with Baboudjian company. Yet I hired Jack in 2011 and they managed my property till end of 2018. During that period Jack and Silva were my best friends. I could rely on them for whatever property needed. I was going through rough period being in court. But having Jack on my side gave me power and confidence . He stayed till court issue was over and I was successful. Currently he prefers to do real estate and I wish them both the best in their private and public life.

Baboudjian Properties is such a wonderful property management company! Jack and his team are such a pleasure to work it! Since day one Baboudjian Properties was retained to manage our apartment building in Glendale, they have been extremely professional and diligent all aspects of the property. Rent collection, management reporting, handling of maintenance, and all the burdensome issues we did not want to handle as property owners, was fully overseen and delegated by Baboudjian Properties. Such a responsible property management company! I was worried about trusting a property management company with our property’s finances, but Baboudjian Properties has been clear and precise on all their reports! The management of the property was always good, but my parents were too old to continue managing the property themselves. The building didn’t have too many issues, but as almost all apartment buildings, it needed to be managed, and thus I needed to find a good property management company. Baboudjian Properties stepped in and the management of our property has been seamless. Baboudjian Properties reports monthly to me and I relay all the info to my folks and they couldn’t be happier! Thus, I am happy as well, and happy to say Baboudjian Properties is a highly recommended property management company!

I lived at a Baboudjian property for three years! They are caring, responsive, and accommodating- a few of the words I want to use to describe Baboudjian Properties. Really good staff and a really good property management company! They always did a great job with our matinence requests Our property located in Los Angeles Hollywood area has been kept in such a clean and great condition. If there’s any property management company I want to take the time to recommend, it’s Baboudjian Properties! We’ve had a wonderful experience with them, and I have no doubt others will too!
