We just moved to Alabama and needed a new bank. We went to Bank Independent and were not disappointed. Ethan helped us set up our accounts. He was very professional, knowledgeable and so helpful. He walked us thru the whole process and made the transition easy and stress less. We then went back today to open another account and again met with Ethan who not only remembered us but our names as well. What a pleasant experience both times. I highly recommend this bank.

The staff and customer service are impeccable. The hours that the bank and the drive-thru are open are the best in the Shoals area.
