I can somewhat understand not having multiple branches but there should be at least access at an ATM somewhere else like White Hall or maybe near the university. Can someone tell me why is there not an ATM in another part of town? It is so frustrating! I start with BA because they were nationwide but now that Simmons has branched out it may be time for a change.

Very, friendly and fast service. This place was packed and even though the line was long it took less than five minutes too handle my situation. They offer a wide variety such as auto loans, mortgage loans, and simple banking.

They don’t answer their phone, and they are the only BOA around for anyone local. I tried to call several times yesterday afternoon while they were still open, and this morning, again, several times. They are all the way across town, so before driving over there, I would like to ask them a simple question so I don’t waste time going there for no reason if they can’t meet the request I have.

Omg I went into the bank on 5/9/2024 to get help with my online banking and I couldn't even hear because the workers talked about things that didn't anyone cared to hear cursing and everything and there very rude.going to change my account soon.

I just wish that people would be courteous and go to the second ATM when entering the double ATM lines! People always enter the line and stop at the first ATM. Roll forward!!! It's irritating that Pine Bluff people aren't courteous of others. We have double ATM lines so that cars move through faster. Please put up some signs or something 🙏 😕

Never will go to this bank again gave us a complete run around for days, everybody telling you different things. Bank Manager is black, I was always told your own color makes it harder for you. Prefer to deal with the opposite color anytime.
