I am repeatedly frustrated by this facility. Each time I've attempted to use the ATM outside of regular business hours, whether with my debit or digital card, I am unable to. Given that the building closes at its video conference hours it seems essential to have an accessible outdoor ATM. Additionally, the space appears to be a failure in terms of functionality; I’ve never actually seen it being used for video conferences, and the bathroom is always locked, serving no practical purpose. On top of this, my money has gotten stuck in the ATM.

The building itself never fully unlocks during business hours, since it still requires you to unlock it with your digital or physical card. Although it earns one star for having air conditioning and some sofas, I doubt it has free WiFi or functional outlets. Overall, it’s a disappointing experience with limited usefulness.

I was impressed with this little banking spot until I noticed there was a restroom but it indicated that it was occupied but no one answered when I knocked a few times.

No in-person tellers but video banking and ATM. Entrance faces away from Huntington Dr. towards parking lot.
