Bank of America is the worst customer service and especially this location. No drive thru and only staffs one teller. Everything I come to this bank the line is out the door. I’m moving my money to another bank.

I have been with this bank since 2001. Today I walked in and sat down because I was needing assistance from a representative. I waited and never was acknowledged by the Manager or tellers, who I made eye contact with. I waited a total of 10 min. Got up and left. Closed all my accounts . I remember the days I’d walk in and they say Hi Mrs X. Customer Service is everything!! Yes the bank looks nice after being redone but it means nothing if you can’t help your customers!!!!!

WORST PLACE ON EARTH. I left a review back in February 2023 and it got deleted. Never answer there phone. Always long waiting line. If something happens you have to make a appointment to do anything about it. This location slacks around. Bankers has long personal conversations with customers while in line. Very inconvenient. Very unprofessional. Act like if you have all the time in the world just to go up there, "its not possible for those who are an average working person". Bank of America in general treats you very poorly and like your not important. I don't like the way they talk to me. The most biggest issue is they are very inconvenient. I feel ignored.

This bank is HORRIBLE!!! My mom has been banking with them for a long time.. she deposited a check that was endorsed to her... it was a third party check.. my mom deposited it into her bank account and the sane day it said it was debited out... we went to the bank today and talked to a guy named Christopher Hill. He pulled up her account and said the check was Credited to her account..my mom then asked where is the funds then? He replied "he didn't know" another teller walked over and told my mom her check was on the atm, she then said "Chris just said it was cleared " he lied and said he never said that... then said " even if he did say that it doesn't matter because that's not what he meant" what type of customer service is that? My mom got upset and so did I.. and he started laughing in our face... I then told him I didn't see anything funny... long story short we still don't know where the check or funds are at.. and they said they don't know either. Please do not go to this bank.

Worse service ever, they don't even honor their own checks. I was payed with a check from this back, & since I wasn't around one of my backs I decided to stop in & cash it there. First they tell me that they charge $8 to cash one of their own checks, then the teller says only a banker can verify if the check was good. So I sat down to wait on the banker to finish with another customer at her desk. After sitting for 20 minutes I went back to the teller if she could ask the banker if she could ask the banker to come verify the check real fast. She smiled & said she couldn't, that the banker has to verify the check with her computer at her desk. I then asked if she could bring the check to her so she could verify it real quick. She just smiled again & said she couldn't do that either. I told her that it is taking a long time to cash one of their own checks. She just smiled again & said "I know". At that point I left. They did nothing to help me with the simplest task a bank can do, & showed no concern about it. I will be making sure that anytime that I will be receiving payment for anything that it won't be in the form of a check from this business. If a bank doesn't honor it's own checks then there is a sign that it having problems. I did end up getting it deposited in my bank when I got home, so the check was good.

No drive through, long lines, every customer is mad and the employees are at the end of their patience. Keep driving to McCain where the branch has resources to handle the customer needs.

PLS DO NOT COME TO THIS BANK !!!
Been with them since I was 18 and have had nothing but problems. You can tell they just want you in and out not happening to them so THEY DONT CARE. Horrible Bank !
