Bank of Stockton on Miner Ave is very professional courteous and knowledgeable. From the janitorial to the CEO. Love the customer service there. One gentleman in particular who's name is Ezekiel has was and still is a tremendous help to me and tested me with the courteousness one would extend to family and friends. Outstanding job on his part he helped me set up my bank of Stockton app on my phone and also showed me how to use it. And due to my disabilities it was such a big big help. I'm forever grateful for this young man's help as well as all other employees. But he was exceptional.

My employer uses Bank of Stockton, they are always so nice when I come to cash my paycheck. So I decided to open an account. I walked Into a branch, told them what I needed. The asked me to have a seat and someone would be with me shortly. I sat there for 25 minutes, with no contact from anyone, you know , maybe to apologize for the wait. So I got up and left, taking my $38,000 to a different bank. If this is how the treat customers, no thank you

Active Duty military. Banked with this bank for ~10+ years. Never once has this bank done right by me. When I was training for 8 months they froze my card for out of state activity, which forced me to live off my credit card, because they wouldn’t ship a replacement debt card to where I was stationed. When applying for car loans they run my credit, then don’t approve anything; despite having reliable income and high “fair” credit, and no major debt sources outside of a motorcycle payment. I would recommend literally any other bank than this bank.

The employees of this bank must be under terrible pressure internally because they are always so unpleasant to deal with on the phone. What's going on with this bank? Why are your employees so hostile? People don't act like this for no reason. Though the woman I spoke to today was rude and unnecessarily abrasive, I doubt it is her fault - all of your staff are like this. Is it because Stockton is a rough city? I doubt it, more likely this bank suffers from a terrible culture and toxic leadership.

Had a commercial property loan with them. The guy at the bank took 3-4 extra weeks to get it done and I had to get multiple extensions on the loan. The bank itself changed its policies days from being finished and had to cough up another $30k or so.

The final nail in the coffin is having my biz card denied for a very common business purchase and having to spend 30 mins on the phone to get the card whitelisted for that business purchase. Not worth the headaches of hoping my next biz purchase is not denied.

Nice people, but not worth being your bank.

This is my opinion only. I think this bank is very old fashion. I think it caters to the mid to upper class of society and functions on a good ol boy system. I switched to this bank because I was tired of the long lines at the big national banks. Now, almost everything is done online. It’s time to switch to a different bank.

No customer service after hours, or weekends. Debt card gets put on hold if I don’t call ahead and notify I’ll be out of town. Mobile deposits are very limited to the amount I can deposits and transfer from bank to bank seem to take much longer than other banks.

If you call the bank and are fortunate enough to talk to someone, you’re greeted by one of their unfriendly staff that’s been with the bank for 30 plus years and feels they can talk to you as if you’re a second class citizen. They’re bothered by my questions and don’t seem to want to do anymore than is required.

I personally would not recommend this bank to anyone.

So i' ve had a bunch of bad experiences with my baranch at the bank of stockton but Innocent was the best. He helped me out and actually listened to what i was saying instead of just hearing me. I really appreciate that. My home branch is carson oaks o
pacific ave in Stockton but the women there dont want to hear anything you are saying so if you read this go to minor st. Branch becuase their customer service is subperb. Thanks again so much innocent you are greatly appreciated.
