Back in 2022 I was needing to make some insurance changes on my residence of 7 years. I called Baratto Sullivan because they had been very kind and patient with my older brother and his insurance needs. A lovely agent named Renata began to work with me, sending me quotes and helping me set up the right coverage for my residence. She guided me very patiently through the offerings of various underwriters and I was able to make good decisions and set up a new policy with good coverage and not too expensive. Big thanks to Renata!

We have been clients of Baratto Insurance for around 25 years, give or take, and not once have they failed to give the utmost, highest quality service our company has ever had. They treat you like they have no other clients and get your needs taken care of immediately; it’s amazing. I could go on forever about this company, but I believe you get the picture. I will say that dealing with Phil Torres over the years has been very reassuring and I can’t rave enough about his attention to detail, thoughtfulness, knowledge and prompt response to whatever we need; it’s like our company is his company and he’s going to do whatever he can to make it successful. He’s a definite asset and the primary reason we will never leave Baratto Insurance.

Isabel at BS&Co was extremely helpful and pleasant and set us up with our home insurance. She managed to get us same coverage and save us $500 on our premium after our old insurance co dropped us because of late payment ( couple of days). Yes, I would recommend them. I have not had much contact in the past few years until recently. I was disappointed to learn that the office was moved and I was not notified, that I remember. However, the telephone conversation was helpful and though I contemplated leaving the service, decided to stay. Still have some questions, however.
