This review is for Barclays credit card. Customer service is friendly but incompetent. I think this department is outsourced to the Philippines. Their telephone automated system is atrocious. I thought nothing could be worse than dealing with my cable company, but apparently Barclays wins the award for being the worst. I do not recommend Barclays. I plan to stick with American Express since their service is outstanding.
