On 2/26/25, I contacted American Family to file a Claim. My info was taken by a very friendly & knowledgeable agent. I received further instructions as promised by email. Soon thereafter, I received Assignment of my Primary Adjuster, Samy Exeal. Upon meeting Mr. Exeal, I immediately felt at ease. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. The entire process went smoothly. If I had to evaluate/rate him through the Claims Process, it would be a nine (9). I thank American Family
