I originally chose to rent here because of all the good reviews. Having lived here a year, I can officially confirm these are the BEST property management people in the Bay Area. Straightforward application process, easy to schedule tours online, even easier to pay rent from your phone with two clicks. Friendly, helpful REAL people work in the office. Only ever had one minor plumbing problem which was fixed promptly, EVEN AT 11 PM ON A SUNDAY NIGHT. Special thanks to Katrina Barney and Malene for all their help; I expect to contact them soon to look for my next apartment — seriously. RENT HERE!!!

I've worked with Bay Area Property Management (BAPM) for six years, as they helped me rent and then managed a condo in the Bay Area. Their team has been consistently great. They pay attention to details and follow-up quickly. They have contacts with trust-worthy businesses or individuals to make needed repairs or replacements that arise. They have worked especially well with the tenants. Their management rates are extremely fair. The accounting and communication is thorough and transparent. I can't remember any problems that I had with their management and I feel so lucky to have found BAPM to shoulder this careful supervision. They have my highest recommendation.

After seeing a Unit I'd really liked, filling up the paperwork, paying application fees by PayPal, and all the bureaucracy by sec.8 housing; the Office Mgr. Andrea Sandoval gets back to me and tells me, by text, that an application by another prospective tenant, also under sec.8 was given priority over mine and apologizes for the inconvenience !!!(?) Blaming the issue of MISSCOMMUNICATION on the Property manager who showed me the Unit, Deena. TALK ABOUT UNPROFESSIONALISM!!! I'D NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!! Specially if you're under sec.8, and, disabled like me! They'll accept your Voucher; but, obviously FIRST COMED4, FIRST SERVED!!!?

We rented from Bay Area Property Management for 3 years and were very pleased with their professionalism. I was always able to reach someone when needed. Questions and maintenance requests were handled promptly, and they fixed everything that we requested. Our rent was not raised exorbitantly yearly, and in fact was somewhat below market. Should they have another property that meets our needs in the future I would rent from them again without hesitation.

Rented with BAPM for a year at a property in Menlo Park. Signing the lease and getting everything sorted was easy. On move in day they left a little essentials "move in day" bag with a cute tote, household paper products, covid PPE, and some nice smelling cleaning supplies which was a really nice touch. The staff are so extremely helpful and multiple times went above and beyond to solve problems. Very quick to respond to maintenance requests and very well kept property. Returned most of my deposit since I left it pretty clean. I only have good things to say!

I rented with BAPM for 3 years. Katrina was professional, and responsive. I was a single mom moving into my first place on my own and after another unit rented, katrina personally reached out to me to offer a different (and better) one prior to it even going on the market. Whenever I had a need for fixing, it was quickly handled. My only complaint was the coin laundry (change to card, please!) I have since moved out but this place was my refuge at the time.
