In-unit washer and dryer needed to be repaired 2 times,; the stove/oven broke and we had to wait 6 weeks for repairs, apartment flooded 3 times in heavy rain, the carpet came loose in 2 spots and had to be repaired, the front door doesn't fit properly and had to be locked to stay closed. My granddaughter pulled the fire alarm and it wasn't repaired/ replaced, leaving us with a broken alarm that didn't sound when the alarm was pulled a second time. This is a serious safety issue, and I undestand being charged for the pulled alarm, but it should have been fixed the first time. The garage door broke twice and wouldn't close, leaving our personal items exposed to anyone passing through, for almost 2 weeks. I called the office for these and other issues and had to take off work for each episode (without pay) because the repair center they use stops working at 3. Not all issues were addressed and we had no choice but to deal with it until we were finally able buy a house and move out.

One of the absolute worst management companies ever. Five months to get a screen door and it was installed wrong. Didn't turn on my fridge when I moved in lost all my cold food. The hot water heater breaker was off. They turned it on and there was a crack in the tank. Flooded my apartment didn't have hot water for three days. Just an overall nightmare. I can go on and on.

I rented from them for a few years. I never had any issues, place was decently clean and kept up. They were responsive to my limited requests.
