best decision i made was moving here. great area views,&community. Property management ( Olivia Martinez) is so cool and quick to respond to any question and concerns before moving. Also the property handy man is always around for emergencies n does great work.

Communication has been improving, the area does need some approvement but like I say it getting there just slowly. Overall I enjoy living here and am glad it is a pet friendly

We had been in this place for at least a year and a half; the place is convenient and safe; close to restaurants and shopping places.

Staying in a unit with a good manager is always a plus. With that said, we are lucky to have Olivia as the Bayridge' manager. She is helpful and attentive to tenants needs and concerns; she is a "proactive' manager. The cleanliness and safety of the place are on her top list. Also, her welcoming smile makes it easy for everyone to approach her.

She and Jose make a great team. Jose is helpful and accommodating just like Olivia to our issues. Thank you.

I’ve been living here for almost a year now and so far our journey here has been great thanks to Olivia Martinez, who is in charge of managing the building. She has been super attentive with our needs and always has a positive attitude. She’ll check in with us whenever she can to make sure everything is going well with our apartment!

I currently live in San Pedro, I’m moving and I was looking for an apartment that would still be in the area. I contacted Bayridge apartments to try to schedule a tour, I called multiple times and left several messages and no one ever answered the phone or returned my calls. So I decided to send an email to get in contact with someone, and guess what no response. I last called and emailed them on 9/4/24 it is now 9/10/24 and still no response from them. I’m very disappointed, don’t waist your time here.

I used to live here a year or so ago. Residents need to be better vetted. It’s turning into a ghetto complex with a lot more ratchet, disrespectful children. A note to management, if you want less complaints and problems it’s in your best interest to NOT rent to people who are going to be disrespectful with their noise and how they treat the property and other people.

I lived here since 2013 !! I love the area. It’s very peaceful It’s been through a lot of different managers, but since they changed management and managers the manager Olivia, has been here, it’s been so much better She gets things done very helpful and efficient and it’s cleaner . It’s really changed !!
