We've lived in an apartment managed by Carol at BayRock for just over a year at this point. Carol has been great. We were treated fairly in the application process. The few times we had maintenance issues they were handled promptly. We've been really happy with the maintenance people they send. Our neighbors are all really nice, which makes me think she does a good job in the screening process. Overall it's just been a great experience.
