I would like to publicly recognize Alex and BayShield Insurance Services.
They handle our Commercial Auto and also our Group Health Insurance.
With the excellent service I get from Alex and his staff I am strongly thinking about having him take our General Liability and our Worker Comp. I am not a fan of insurance sales people but working with Alex is like working with an insurance family member. He doesn't waste my time trying to push more on me than I am asking for.

I been having auto and home with Safeco Insurance for years through Bayshield Agency. I am very satisfied with the package and the discount advantage I receive for having a Bundle. I recently filed a glass claim, my experience with the claim was very satisfying. Both professional and easy to file. Both Safeco claim and the agency provided easy communications and their service was phenomenal, I receive my refund within the following week. Alex is a lifesaver! We couldn't get an auto insurance for the exotic brand new Astin Martin we've got recently.
