The folks who work the middleburg branch are so helpful and accommodating! I needed a lot of handholding when wiring money to a contractor for a building project and they made the process so easy for me. Also they helped set up accounts for my children and even facilitated my youngest daughter’s online banking process when I was unable to do so! Super friendly folks who make me feel comfortable even when I am in over my head! Their approach is why I am banking here; it’s hard to find this kind of service in a bank nowadays!

I cannot say enough good things about this bank. I love that I walk in and they greet me by name. I love that when we were trying to set up accounts, they were very flexible and made it easy for me. I love that when I need to talk with a human, there is one available. I was just joking with Lauren about how much more pleasant it was to chat with her versus an ATM. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

BCT is a fantastic financial institution. BCT has the capabilities of a large banking institution but most importantly it has the most personal customer service. I initially opened my business accounts in the Leesburg Branch which was easy and made me feel seen and heard. Most recently I visited the Middleburg branch which is close to my home. The branch manager and employees always remember who I am, greet me with a smile and authentic conversation and quickly address my needs. It’s all about the relationship and BCT makes a HUGE effort in connection, service and being supportive to their customers. I’m so grateful that I found BCT and decided to use them as my primary banking source for both my personal and business needs. BCT is for you if you need strong banking resources with true community connection.
