The place I rented from BFPM was by far the best rental I’ve ever lived in. I loved that it was fully renovated with top of the line appliances and top notch style in the kitchen & bathroom - it looked more like a home than a rental. I was always so proud to have guests come to visit!! The property was always well maintained and I loved the sense of community.

I also have to mention how seamless it was to work with Lily, the property manager, who happened to be a neighbor. She was extremely responsive and always took care of anything that came up quickly and hassle free. I’ve never had a PM be so on top of any billing queries or maintenance concerns as she was, not to mention she would go above and beyond to ensure all tenants were happy in their new home, ensuring we all knew we could reach her anytime and she would fix anything we needed. I highly recommend Beach Front Property Mgmt and hope you have the pleasure of having Lily as your Property Mgr, she’s literally THE BEST!

Hello everyone!!! First off, I would like to say every living location is only going to be as good /safe as you make it whether if you’re in the suburbs or middle class areas etc….just for the record. But anyhow, I’ve been living in the La Rue Apartments out in Downey for several years and there’s been a couple different managers managing the property before BFPM took over. Each manager from my experience has been very attentive if I ever had a problem. The location is safe and the people are friendly/universal. Note; before BFPM took over, our trash area was a little wild, and the outside paint on the building was pretty old looking, as well as the laundry room equipment, and mailboxes . Now everything is being upgraded, and In my opinion our manager Evelyn is doing a wonderful job with the upkeep on the place. All the new units are nice with all the new amenities, Also my older unit is fairly decent!!! As far as anything not working properly or has wear and tear on it, can be replaced upon request. Also, our manager sends out bug / insect spray request forms monthly just in case your unit has bugs or anything else etc…. Which is always a plus!!! One of the (Cons)was a small water/trash fee added to the rent but looking on the bright side we got upgraded with a secured laundry room, better laundry equipment, we’re getting new park/pool equipment, we have surveillance cameras, new paint, brighter lights throughout the building, a better mailbox area with the Amazon lockers, and most of all we have a very reliable maintenance crew.
