Had a leak in the kitchen. Sink pipe broke from being so old. Called the manager to report it. And she called the main office after seeing it. This happened on a Thursday and they did not come out to repair it until Monday! Saying it’s not considered an emergency. And when they came out to “fix it” all they did was turn off the valve and said they fixed it. But when I needed to use it, just turn it on and back off when I’m done. So I called the main office to complain and they hung up the phone. Called from different phone numbers and every time they realize it was me they hang up the phone. Very unprofessional!
At the same time the heat burned out and they refuse to repair it. Had to call the city on them because the heater was not working and red tag for about 8 months. Of course they were upset. And raised my rent about 5 times within a year. Everything that I told them need fixing they basically charged me for by raising the rent.
They are horrible at responding for anything that needs repair. The bathroom have no vents and constantly have mold. And their response for the mold was having their worker wipe it with water and soap. So it comes right back! Every time it rains the ceiling gets moldy.
Street parking is not safe. My husband’s truck was stolen from being park on the street in front of this apartment. JUST DON’T!!! Not worth it!!
