Not professional at all. Talk about people. Won't fix things. Yet they can do whatever they want but if you do same....your in trouble. They will lie about tenants too. Yes I put in complaint and nobody ever fixes it. I not only one.

Do not rent from these people. They will not answer phone calls or texts. The two units behind me in the building has no ac so my ac is over compensating to keep my unit cool. Been asking for the spiket to be fixed in my patio because it constantly leaks. The maintenance guys will come into your house and talk poorly about other tenants being upset about the lack of care by the landlord for being made to live in this heat with no ac. They also badger you about a raise in your rent when they haven't even fixed anything on their units. This landlord company is a joke and should be ashamed of themselves how they treat their tenants.

Do not rent or buy from this company. They are horrible. They don’t want to respond to any texts or calls unless it’s about the rent. I have been without ac for almost 2 months. Can’t get a response back at all. I have a 3 year old, it’s been 100+ degrees and they just don’t care. And let’s not talk about how some of the people who worked there killed someone’s animal and got arrested for it. & also, they “shut the water off for maintenance” when in reality it’s because they “forgot” to pay the water bill. What a joke of a company.

This company is an absolute joke! Terrible property management, no communication, never available, no one ever in the office. The only time they will contact you is about rent, that they have the nerve to raise without doing any improvements.
One of the worst property management companies I’ve ever dealt with.

Was without AC since yesterday, was told today that someone would be coming out around 5 just for the person never to show up. I am 30 weeks pregnant and seat there for an hour after 5 just for no one to show and for me to not get a response from the manager. Mind you it was 86 in the apartment!

Called at least 20+ times zero answer drove to the office and Noone there door locked zero contact back. Absolute joke of a company. Who refuses to try to keep in contact with anyone
