This review is for Johnny Lam and Johnny Lam ONLY. I tried to rent a place through Johnny Lam a while back, and he would NOT return my calls, texts or emails. It was nearly impossible to get a response from him. To get answers from Johnny, I'd have to reach out to one of his co-workers or stop by the office and hope to catch him. When I finally did get a response, he would always say something like "I'll call you on Thursday" but come Thursday I wouldn't hear from him and he would continue to ignore me. For about THREE WEEKS I tried to get a simple yes or no from him on the unit I was hoping to get, sent emails, calls, texts and got practically nothing back from him. He was horrible to work with. When my boyfriend and I met with him in person, he hardly gave us the time of day and seemed to rush us through the unit to get rid of us as quickly as possible. I would NOT recommend working with Johnny Lam. Everyone else at Treeline was nice and helped me, Johnny was the worst.
