While the care takers were taking care of my mother in Rocksprings they not only robbed her bank account while she was alive they did it after she died. Also the nurses would come to my mom's house for 15 minutes but log in for 3 hours. They put her in diapers to be her primary way of using the restroom. They would not help get her in assisted living because they were to busy robbing her. Do not trust these people caring for your loved ones.

After back surgery the only way to do physical therapy at first was in home. Karen McDonald was my physical therapist and she was absolutely AMAZING! I cannot express enough praise for her. She helped me go from crying (our first visit) to doing all of my exercises, including my stairs, so I could get back into my bedroom. Karen did her job with the utmost professionalism but was also compassionate enough to feel like a friend was there helping you through a difficult process. Best Home Health is very fortunate to have someone like Karen on their team.

Best Home Health and Hospice has helped our family, specifically our mother for many years, first with home health, then increasing to Hospice and then with grief counseling near the end to all.
This group of health providers did so many things for us, but primarily allowing our beloved mother to have the independence and privacy that she really wanted, up to the end of her life. They kindly provided help in her home with health checks, medicine preparation, cleaning, and companionship, and increased the amount as she slowly declined. She truly appreciated all they did.
When it was time for Hospice, they provided all that she needed and more that we knew we needed.
If people need this type of care, this business is awesome.

I have had such a negative experience with this company. Both clients and employees are treated like garbage. The last week of my service as well as periodically during service the CNA never called or bothered to show up and the company was aware of that and did nothing. Very disappointed and so glad I'm going cowboy cares where they actually care. Do not allow this company in your or your loved ones home.

Worst home is more like it. Their staff is overwhelmed, over worked and treated poorly. They receive multiple schedules from one evening to the next morning conflicting schedules. They do not care for their clients. They are rude and inconsiderate especially the boss. Do not choose this company.
