I could not be more pleased to be working with Brett as a property manager! He is professional, ethical and excellent in his knowledge of what he does. I had 3 properties to switch over to him, 2 of which were vacant. So I gave him quite a bit to handle, but every step of the way he was so helpful and totally put me at ease with some of the stresses that owning properties causes. I feel 100% taken care of and aside from Brett taking the load of stress off my plate, my biggest ask was finding good tenants, which he more than delivered on!

Look, if you want a landlord that actually cares about your well-being and is committed to doing their job well, these are your people. Brett is proud of his business and it shows. All of our needs have been taken care of and he’s been incredibly responsive to maintenance requests, subleasing inquiries ect. He seems to have a good relationship with his property owners and his maintenance teams do a great job. We had a brand new oven installed this morning in under an hour after our old one flaked out. When we had microwave trouble, Brett hand delivered a replacement from Costco within the weekend. Brett is quite thorough in his Tennant vetting process but if you can get him, do it. In a town full of horrible property managers and landlords, we’ve experienced only excellence with Bey Property Solutions.

I’ve had the pleasure of having Brett as my property manager for the past six months and I could not be happier! He is attentive to any needs or concerns that may come up with my house and responds quickly when I have a question. My heater wasn’t working in my house and Brett brought me a portable heater until the HVAC company could come out the next day. He had my heater issue resolved within 24 hours. Ron, the owner of The HVAC company (hotaircoldair) came out, fixed my heater less than an hour and was so kind, knowledgeable and very respectful of my home. My daughter and I could not be happier in our home And we are so thankful we have a property manager like Brett who cares for tenants And is so dependable. I would highly recommend renting an apartment or home managed by Brett as he is by far the best Property manager I’ve ever rented from!
