The lease application process was seamless, once accepted, I did an apartment tour and it had some cat smell, I informed them that and they changed the entire kitchen flooring and took immediate measures, the apartment was smelling real good until I moved in, rent is reasonable as per my location with most the shopping places nearby. For couple of work orders they were quick to respond. Great experience until now.

Horrible company to rent from. Scam artist. Don't rent from them unless you want to live at a place that won't up keep, unless you pay and don't think when you move out your getting your security deposit back. 2 of my neighbors warned me and my fiance rented from them years ago and kept his security deposit for a small garbage can of stuff left behind and a mirror in the garage. Beware. You can do better

Very nice looking units at Hidden Hills in Port Washington. This unit has checked off all of the boxes for me. Washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, patio, brand new unit, etc. I was really excited to move into this apartment. If your life isn’t perfect or doesn’t meet there weird requirements and expectations you don’t cut it. Your life MUST be perfect to move in here. I was jerked around for 5 days trying to get approved for a unit. Huge waste of my time and money. I spent 75 dollars in application fees even put a $100 “Hold” on our unit. That $100 hold doesn’t mean anything. At the end of the day. DO NOT waste your time applying and viewing these units. Unless your life is 100% perfect. If you do apply for these units I wish you the best of luck and hope they don’t make you jump through a ton of hoops to move in.

They will keep your security deposit and claim it was lost in the mail and that they have to “wait a few weeks to issue a new check” but then you can never actually get ahold of someone to talk to them about issuing a new check or if the first one was ever actually sent. We left the place cleaner than it was when we moved in so there is no reason for this to be happening.

Bielinski builders do not insulate the inside of their houses nor do they insulate the sub floors. The salesman and workers specifically said they use R15 for the inside insulation which was a complete lie. How do you build homes at these price points and not spend another 7 to 9k to insulate the walls and floors.

The problems start as soon as you move into the home. Holes in the exterior by the garage doors, cracked grout in the master bathroom, main bathroom and laundry room. Leaks in the basement, discolored doors, uneven countertops, wood floors coming apart, creaky floors etc. it’s extremely upsetting to have to go through something like this on a new build. Once you’re in you can’t reverse the process.

I moved back to Wisconsin almost a year ago with mine and my husband's dog when he got deployed. I can't say enough how nice and understanding everyone was at Bielinski Homes Management during that stressful time for us.
We haven't had too many work orders to issue, but when we have, they have gotten completed within 24-48 hours.
They are also very communicative when it comes to work being done like changing out the furnace filters or checking the fire alarms in the units.
Bielinski Homes Management always tries to do what is best for its tenets.

I cannot say enough about Bielinski. They were there in '13, to find a rental for 2 boys & a dog in 30 days. They helped looking for over a year, for the empty nest apartment, near where I worked. I had to leave, then move out of the area to take care of my Mom. They didn't just know, the understood and have done wonders for us. I owe them more praise, than I can say. Most caring company, I've known. Thank you so much & I would recommend them to anyone.
