Our local Allstate offices in Foley and Robertsdale AL, the Bill Bolton agency, has an outstanding staff! They are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, & professional! They make you feel welcome when you enter their office. When I call to talk to Christie regarding our policy or with any questions, if she is unavailable assisting another customer, and my questions cannot be answered by other staff, she will return my call right away. Sabrina and Charlene also provide excellent customer service and are always willing to assist in any way possible. We have always received excellent, outstanding service from both offices.

You should check your phone calls. I called on Friday, not Sunday. I was in a situation where I needed insurance information immediately and nobody answered the phone. Hence the poor review. Now with your ignorant reply with incorrect information have added public humiliation to lousy customer service. I have been with Allstate for over 25 years. I am going with another company because of you, Bill Boulton.
I have been with this agent less than a year and have gone to the office three times during business hours only to find a locked empty building. Just made a third call to the same location only to have my call to unanswered. I have never had worse customer service in the 25 plus years I have been an Allstate customer I am taking my business elsewhere.

I called this agency while shopping for a new homeowners policy. The lady on the phone asked me several questions and said she would get back with me with a quote. That was almost two weeks ago and I’ve tried calling back a couple of times without hearing anything. I asked for a call back and nothing. I would not recommend this company after the way they’ve treated me if they were the last insurance company around! A courtesy call to let me know they are still working on it or something would have been all it would have taken. I’ve found quotes from three others and are probably much better than they could’ve come up with. It definitely pays to shop around and basing on customer service alone I would give Bill Boulton agency in Foley a one star at best.

I called State Farm because I needed an umbrella policy. I had called 3 other places that either started the process with me and then didn't get back to me or they downright ghosted me from the start. It was very frustrating.
