We have used BJ Gardner Property Mgmt for over 6 years now. Ms. Beverly has ensured that our rental experience remains stress free. She is quick to respond to our tenants needs. We often joke about how we forget about the property until we get our monthly email stating that funds have been deposited. We would definitely recommend her services and we will continue to use her for future properties.
