I'm not one to leave a low review, however I have reached out with emails, text, even spoken in person, but nothing has changed. The lights on our complex sign out front on Gulf Breeze Pkwy has been out for close to a year now. I need my sprinklers running routinely, however I do not have access and cannot get answers on who controls that. The leaves are blown across the complex into a corner, I believe most business owners would expect the lawn maintenance to take pride in their work and rake the leaves up to make it look nicer. Our AC unit is continually not functioning with no resolution for over a year. I have documentation of 80 plus temperatures in a work environment with clients continually complaining which affects my business. I have had people work on my unit without my permission while a client is indisposed. I have had someone try to change my locks without me knowing about it. The cleaning staff turns the lights off even though they know people are in the building and they have locked out my clients. This list goes on and on. Don is polite his staff however are super rude in front of my clients. Also our elevator in the building has not been inspected since 2021.
