This company was rude, and lacked the common decency customer service requires. My sister called the insurance company for a question on their coverage. The insurance company had covered her daughter's visits to the nutritionist but not hers. My sister called to ask why. The customers service lady told her that tge reason she doesn't get coverage on the nutritionist was because she was "morbidly obese". The customers service gal actually said that over the phone. And not with any kindness or decency. She was rude and short with us. Then the customer service lady told my sister that if she wanted weight loss surgery that they would cover that, but not the nutritionist. My family has known multiple people who have gotten weight loss surgery and it has resulted in more health problems. The crazy thing about this is that my niece goes to the same nutritionist as her mother, gets it covered by insurance, and is only 43 pounds lighter. The customers service was terrible, and when we asked more questions on what they would cover the lady said, "well because you are so obese..... uh. Not a lot. But weight loss surgery would be covered for you.". I have never had this rude, offensive, and terrible service in my life. Common decency is a must and this company needs to teach their employees better.

I called to get quotes on how much it would be to have just my daughter and her dad put on medical insurance and they were throwing me prices between $250-$400. The guy, I think his name was mike or mark or something was very pushy about getting me to enroll RIGHT now, asking me if I have my debit card ready. I told him I was only calling for prices and I wasn’t jumping the gun on purchasing right away. Then he started insulting me for not already having insurance, claiming this is the last day I can sign up until November. He was like “thanks for wasting our time” and that was the end of our call. If they let people like this represent their company I wouldn’t go for it even I could afford the outrageous prices they were throwing at me. He was rude, pushy, and my overall experience was a major thumbs down.

Called this place four or five times and no one returned my call. It's worth the wait to talk to someone in Casper or Cheyenne.
