They manage the property next to a duplex I own. The unit is vacant & they had a crew come out to cut the yard & left this mess. All over the driveway, garage, fresh done mulch beds & residents car. I couldn’t imagine what they do to places they actually manage

Our last turnover was in the spring. We had a few issues. The rental sat empty for several months. Some of the comments from potential renters said that the duplex was dirty. I would think that the duplex would be cleaned prior to showing it. Also, the original estimate included painting the entire duplex for $1,700. It had been painted a few, I think two, years prior. The bedrooms needed some touch up, which took me about five hours, but definitely not a complete repaint. I hope our next turnover goes better.

Worst experience I have ever had moving into a property! Blue frog did not paint, clean, supply a refrigerator that was in good working condition or clean, replace carpeting or complete repairs. Prior tenant smoked in unit for 16 years and so much smoke damage. Blue frog told us 7 days prior to move in that they would not paint and it was our responsibility. However they collected their money and had us sign the lease 3 months in advance. Oh....and I'll post a picture of how Blue frog maintenence installs a furnace filter. This property management company is a complete joke! Do not rent one of their properties!
