Had an appointment first thing in the morning and they weren’t ready with my documents. I had taken time off work to attend but to go back later in the evening to sign. They kept blaming the delay on the broker and talking bad about them and their company to me. I didn’t feel like they cared about my time or business. It was my first time as a home owner- they kept talking to me about other customers and their great experience but honestly mine wasn’t any special at all.. At the end, they still owed me documents that weren’t ready but they had to rush me out to close their office. I understand things happen but as a customer I would expect better communication and respect for my time.

And she now has the ability to support clients who can't physically attend the closing in person, through the use of the SIGNiX eNotary remote notary process.
