The has been phenomenal to work with from implementation in our account with Bill and Katie helping through the on-boarding process and navigation and setup of our merchant terminal and virtual platform. Louirz Is the most friendly and professional person I have ever worked with! She is very knowledgeable and she is paying close attention when you talk to her ...no need to repeat it or further explain. She is really on the ball. This company is great. We have had a number of merchant processing companies over the years, and they have totally ripped by medical practice off. The BlueYonder staff followed through on everything. We just came to the end of our first year and I am happy to say we saved 162,000. We have since expanded into all 3 of our locations. Our staff has spoken to them often and have had nothing but good things to say. I would recommend this to any plastic surgeon. As I have referred a number of my colleagues.

Our representative, Amanda at Blue has been extremely helpful and has gone above and beyond for us. To be honest, we almost decided not to move forward with using them because of the newness of the program, but Amanda made it so easy for us.
