Absolutely trash experience. Due to my experience with progressive Tom said it’d be best if to go in a different avenue. I recorded the conversation. That’s piss poor customer service. The bock family is amazing and I have a profound respect for senior as for Tom and Bock insurance. I wish I could give less then one star. Shop elsewhere or hit up alliance.

Tom is absolutely amazing! I never thought that I would say "our insurance agent is phenomenal" because every agent I have had up to now made minimal impact. Tom is remarkably prompt in his replies and thoroughly explores all reasonable options to meet the need. As new business owners, we have lots of questions and Tom has lots of answers. 🙂
