So far I've had wonderful experience with Bondurant realty. From day one Julie was quite helpful and helped me in choosing the right apartment for my needs. I also think Bondurant has a large range of apartments so that way students can choose what they feel is best suited for them. Lastly, Bondurant family has been operating in Radford for over 70 years. The auditorium of Radford University is named after their family. That to me shows trust, experience and skill. If they can carry on a family business for 70 years then that means they are doing something right and so I urge everyone to try their services once and make their own judgement.

Absolutely fantastic apartment complex with Radford’s best leasing agents. Always super responsive, polite, and makes sure they go above and beyond for there residents. Would suggest leasing with them to all students and families looking for a leasing agency that cares.

Over the span of 5 years I have rented with multiple different companies, but Bondurant is definitely the best one by far. Their prices are very reasonable considering it is a college town, the apartments are consistently in great condition, the staff is so helpful/communicative, and the locations of their properties are unbeatable. They made the application, leasing, living and move out process extremely easy and enjoyable. Thank you to the leasing and maintenance team!

As I'm reading the previous reviews and see that this company already has less than a three-star rating, I wish we had done our due diligence and researched them more before my daughter signed a lease with this company. Bondurant realty made a mistake with the end date on my daughter's lease. Multiple times on page 1 of her lease they stated that her end date was June 8, 2024. So, my daughter pulled out enough in student loans to pay through June. Now, however, she's in a tough predicament, because later in the lease it actually does state July. While I recognize that the true contract should have been July, and perhaps she should have read more closely, the simple fact is that the company itself made a mistake. I'm aware we have no legal standing for this but one would expect that a business would own up to their mistake and do what they can to rectify the harm done. The person I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude. The company is only concerned with their bottom line, because what can anyone do about it? They have a monopoly in the area and charge kids $3000 per month for an old, busted house with crumbling stairs, central air that barely works, and doors that don't even shut. They are taking advantage of young college kids because they can. Nice job, Bondurant. 👏🏻

Stay far away. My daughter rented a property with this company and moved in and the state of the rental was rather poor. Prior to moving out, she spent hours cleaning the property and ensuring it was clean. However, she received only $50 back on her security deposit due to small cleaning fees and nitpicking an already filthy apartment. When calling to inquire about this issue, the phone receptionist stated my daughter had “an attitude”. Make it clear, Bondurant is a predatory operation that takes pride in taking advantage of college students.

I have lived in Bondurant Realty Corporation for about three years now. My roommate and I went to the office to get the keys to our first apartment. When we got there, we noticed glass everywhere in the living, bedrooms, and bathrooms. I called immediately because my concert is our beautiful yellow lab would step on it. The maintenance came and cleaned up quickly and fixed the lightbulb. I live in a lovely neighborhood. Some are not students, and some are students. If I have problems with the apartment, they fix it right away. Overall everyone is so friendly and concerned about our baby and us.
