I had auto insurance through State Farm with this specific office. My experience started out great. Slowly, Mr. THOMAS became arrogant and rude. Ultimately, I ended my coverage with them due to the fact they sold me garbage insurance. I hit a re-tread diesel tire on Interstate 40 a few years ago. They counted it against me as a negligent collision. ARKANSAS STATE DRIVER MANUAL INDICATES IF YOUR ARE TRAVELING AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED AND THERE IS AN OBJECT THAT COMES INFRONT OF YOU, YOU ARE NOT TO SWERVE, SLAM ON YOUR BREAKS OR VEAR OFF THE ROAD. The tire was unavoidable anyway because there was a car in the passing lane, and there was a jacked up F-150 in front of me that went right over it. I got screwed and have been paying high premiums since. Mr. Thomas had been rude at the time with me about it and refused to have underwriting review the facts again. Time has since passed, but Google asked me to leave a review.

Following a recent hailstorm, after leaving a message, Brad Thomas personally called me back within 30 minutes. He was very helpful in giving me guidance as to my damages, as to getting an estimate, filing a claim, and what to expect throughout the process. Throughout the repairs, Brad called to check to see how things were going. Everything flowed as he said it would - making what could have been a nerve wracking experience into a stress free experience. I would highly recommend Brad Thomas to anyone seeking an excellent insurance agent.
