This is very long over due but my husband and I can’t put into words how thankful we are to have met Brandon H.
It all started when we randomly walked into an open house Brandon was showing. We had no interest in buying at that point in time. Brandon gave us his information and for a year kept us updated on the housing market. I never felt like he was pushy or pressuring us to buy.

Brandon took care of managing repair work, staging and inspections of our home to prepare it for sale. I just recently sold a property in Buena Park with Brandon. I live in Northern California so getting a good agent was imperative. Brandon is that agent. He is nothing short of excellent.
He handled the process from the beginning. He found a contractor to do painting of the property inside and out as well as some other small projects: hanging ceiling fans, installing can lighting etc. Then he had the house staged. The property looked amazing. Buyers thought so as well. We received multiple offers for over asking.
