Hello breathe easy has helped me be insured through national general for over five years. I contacted them yesterday to try and get a quote for a new truck I’m looking at purchasing and they had me wait for 45 minutes and then told me they had to send me to a different department where I waited for over an hour, and then the phone hangs up on me, what kind of service is this when I’m trying to get better insurance for a new truck. You would think that they would want to help you out get a higher quote for a brand new truck. Now I tried contacting them via email and calling them to increase my insurance policy and to add renters insurance and no one has responded to me in almost 4 days. This is now the second issue I’ve had with this company and I will be looking for someone else to insure me

They told me that I could get insured for a set price but my next payment was significantly higher than what was advertised. If I would’ve gone with a different company. I’m still debating whether I should or not. I don’t like liars.

Representatives should inform new client who are not familiar with us our 22 to follow the guidelines for SR 22 do not get an SR 22 insurance early. I was a new client never familiar with SR 22 or process and I got the insurance. I guess it was too early to get in. I’m not credited any of that time.
