Jolie, Ashlee and Brian were awesome to work with when I recently had to file a claim after my son hit a deer, which the car was deemed a total loss. Its only been a week and from getting reimbursed for the tow, working with the dealership and getting the check for the car, I am SO pleased with how quick the process was! We’ve always had positive experiences when we’ve had to call with questions, or to file a claim. The whole office is very friendly and helpful. Jolie really seems to fight on our behalf when we need her to. I do believe she enjoys it. Nice to know you have a team in your corner when you need them. Recently worked with Jolie to switch over our vehicles, home, and ATV over to State Farm. It went very smoothly and Jolie did an excellent job explaining all the different options and ensuring our coverage needs were met. We have use their insurance for over 40 years. I have never found such nice people as this group has. Being snowbirds now they are always so exceptionally helpful and respond quickly to any questions or needs we have. My wife recently passed away. I went to the office for assistance. Ashlee immediately was able to help me. She reviewed my wife's policy and took all of the necessary steps needed to insure my "claim" was taken care of expeditiously. I also had to make changes to my life policy beneficiaries. She also was able to help me with that.
