Incredible real estate management company. Rented with Brick and Mortar for four years and they took such good care of the building we were in (which was over a hundred years old!), always responding quickly to any maintenance requests or other needs. Big plus too that everything is handled online through a rental portal, including paying rent. Highly recommend!

This is by far the worst company I've ever worked with. I lived in an apartment in San Francisco, CA until Feb 2022 when the building had to evacuate due to a fire.

Brick and Mortar has been a nightmare. From ignoring my calls and being extremely unresponsive to failing to send any type of updates on a fire report or even construction timeline. It's been EIGHT MONTHS since the fire and it's clear that the lives of the many tenants that once occupied 1000 Howard Street don't matter to this entity.

My life has been in chaos trying to figure out a living situation - from place of employment/commutes to how I should approach my next living situation and I can't get even a call back with any type of update.

Although I don't blame the company for the fire, I will make it clear that Brick and Mortar is single handedly accountable for the process of communicating with the tenants who once called 1000 Howard St. their home.

He has the highest ethical conduct and I trust his word 100%. The post left from AJB is a disgruntled family member looking to hurt me, he doesn't own a property bring managed by Brick and Mortar, it's just a bogus complaint. This forum is for feed back, Eyal and his staff are exceptional at their job.
