Been pretty happy with this management company. Our landlords switched from a different management company, and BridgeHaus has been infinitely better. Staff is pleasant and feels trustworthy. Maintenance requests are usually handled pretty quickly. We had to get our smoke detectors replaced recently and Andy, the technician sent, was super nice and in and out within 10 minutes. I would certainly recommend, whether tenant or landlord.

I have lived in a lot of different places with a lot of different property management companies but BridgeHaus is the best one by far! The staff has always been very receptive and attentive, especially Amanda. She is an absolute sweetheart. If I ever have a concern my message has responded to in a timely fashion and the concern is addressed and remedied ASAP. I hope I never have to move because I know how bad some property management companies can be.
