We have worked with Brink Property Management for the past 19 years in taking care of my rental property. They’ve done a great job selecting trustworthy tenants, keeping the property damage-free, and collecting rent on time. When tenants move in and out, they have a very professional team in advertising, regular inspections, repairs, and accounting. They have helped keep my property safe and have maintained the home’s value. If someone was looking for a property manager, I would recommend Brink.

This is my first Google review ever. If you are a tenant, please avoid this property management. They have put surprise bills on our ledger multiple times and if we try to reach out to them, they don’t respond. And if we don’t pay the amount mentioned in the portal they charge late fee. We have been complaining about washer since two years and they haven’t taken any proper action and they just resolve the request. We have been requesting curtains/blinds since two years and that has been pending even till now. They don’t provide credentials or create a tenant account for utilities and gas payments. So every time we have to manually call them and pay it. And if we delay it with busy work, they will charge us late fee. We have requested for account or credentials so that we can setup autopay and avoid late fee which they didn’t provide. There are multiple other concerns and today I got irritated the most looking at a surprise charge again and here I am writing a review. I have multiple other reasons and I had to extend my lease again but we are seriously thinking to end the lease as soon as possible. If you are a tenant, please don’t go with this property management. I have been at multiple houses and apartments and this is by far the worst I have seen.

Exemplary! Brink Property Management has been providing services for owners during all my 27 years of tenancy. Their company has been professionally maintained, consistently stable and trustworthy. I’ve been working with their Agent Adam for over 20 years. The owners of Brink Property Management and their team of Agents have been very attentive and courteous for all my tenancy issues.
I’ve been a tenant at Brink Property Management since 1998 and had always had an exceptional pleasant experience with their team and vendors.

I was a tenant at a Brink property for 2 years, and everything went smoothly. They are responsive to email, send warning about any maintenance being done at the building, and monitor parking lots. Also, being able to pay online through direct deposit is very helpful. The online portal can also be used to put in maintenance requests and such. Overall they do a good job outlining their expectations and requirements. It was a mostly stress free experience. The apartment was well maintained with minimal wear, I only had to ask for maintenance once or twice.

Their handling of tenant move-ins and move-outs is just disappointing. Their advertising is lackluster, inspections are superficial at best, and repairs are either delayed or poorly executed. Their accounting processes are disorganized, and we’ve had to follow up multiple times to clarify discrepancies.

As a 3rd party contractor, do NOT entrusted your property to this company. They rely on outside help to do their job for them. Properties left unmanaged to the cleaning lady to advise guests to. Unprofessional, rude, untrustworthy.

We have been in one of your rental home properties for the last three years. I have nothing but good things to say about our property managers and their level of service. We recently purchased a new home and have given our notice to our property manager Lori DuBois she has been fantastic in helping us make this transition a pleasant one. Keep up the good work!
