Pretty sure that anyone in communication with “Carolle Van Sande” is being scammed. Both with hire for property and with experience for a possible tenant side. She does not respond until you bug her. Must at least send two emails to get any response. Then (from tenant looking for housing) she finally responds with an application asking for social security number and all banking info, including banking account #, before you see the place. When replying you are ghosted and hear nothing. From all the scamming going on most people are not comfortable giving that info until they see the place and she won’t respond to emails stating that we’re more then happy to give info once we know the place is real. As a landlord you will miss some great opportunity with future tenants. We even drove by the place we’re there was a “showing” and nothing was there.
On top of this, she’ll post false info about your property (ex: detached apartment when looking on google maps the property does not have this) and looking at address of management company it’s not true and no “Carolle”works there. The address brings you to “Van sande structural consultants”. Trust me I called and asked for her and they don’t know who she is. Or just google map it and see.
She’ll make you, as a landlord, look sketchy, unprofessional and only looking for money. Look for someone else. And good luck landlord or tenant that you find someone or some place that fits in your life. If I could give negative stars I would.
