Great experience. From purchasing my first home to selling my first home, John was truly a high caliber professional who went above and beyond on every aspect of the purchasing and selling process. Best person to help you find your dream home! John was professional from the beginning. He listened to everything that we wanted and needed in our new home. Our͏ experience with John, in purchasing our home, was informative, smooth and professional!
We had a wonderful experience working with John Trost! He brought our particular property, to our attention, while we were travelling. When we returned to WY we met with John and the builder of our home. We've never been involved in building a custom home from the ground up, and John made the entire process smooth and worry free! His knowledge of the area, and real estate in general, gave us great confidence in his abilities every step of the way. He was always in contact with us for any updates or changes.
John put our son and daughter in law in their first home, and he also helped my brother and sister in law, in their transition to Casper from Southern California. They are thrilled with their home, as well! We all feel very fortunate to have worked with John in purchasing our homes.

John͏ made it easy

When I say "everything he could", I mean he literally did everything he could to make the sale of our home as easy as possible. We ran into so many issues, big ones and small ones and John was there to fix them all. We moved 1,500 miles away and had some unfortunate things happen during the sale of our home that caused damage to the house. John was able to get everything fixed and made it feel like it was no big deal. My husband and I literally felt completely helpless and John was there to handle everything. He's also been super wonderful about us buying a new home in Arizona and you can tell that he really cares about us and our new adventures. And those are just the sentimental things that doesn't include the fact that he handled all of the business side of things we never had to worry about any of this. He literally took care of everything. It was effortless for my husband and I we didn't even have to lift a finger. I cannot thank him and his team enough.
