I worked very closely with Kelly out of this office and she was nothing short of amazing! I had a terrible experience with my current agent and company and was shopping for a new policy! She helped me every step of the way broke everything down where I was able to grasp every aspect of what I was getting! I figured out i was overpaying and was severely underinsured for the cars I am driving. I had a million questions and scenarios to get the best price with good coverage! And she redid the proposal quotes as many times as I needed her to which was at least 10 times! Each time she kept me informed of what changed and I was also involved with an accident with my current insurance and she offered me informative advice on dealing with that situation! Also Nancy was very honest and helpful with helping me understand my life insurance I have with my current insurance! Please ask for Kelly!! She was extremely pleasant to work with and would say a subject matter expert in her field!!

Had to deal with Jesse. Mislead with a hidden terms and conditions that if you cancel within 6 months, you owe 10% of the policy. No other insurance provider does this. AVOID. He had no idea this was a thing when I contacted him. Didn’t make it right, just said pay it or get sent to collections
