Bruce changed my life by helping me buy and sell my house.

When we moved to Flagstaff for a job, Bruce was there to help us find my dream house with breathtaking views of the mountains. We needed a place to stay as we were looking, so we rented an apartment on one of his rental properties, which was very helpful. He got us a great deal on our house, and we seamlessly transitioned to a life next to the forest.

Moving closer to family, we had to sell the house a few years later. Navigating the volatile housing market, Bruce helped us get a bunch of showings. The photographer made a great video, and the well-presented listing got eyes on the property. His efforts paid off when we landed a buyer.

The sale closed in a timely manner. I was able to coordinate my packing and moving. It all went with minimal hassle.
