I have been having a hell of a time with State Farm. I was not understanding extra charges and not getting answers I was asking for. Today I spoke with Annabell who moved so quickly in letting me know what was going on. She was so thorough! She sent me a break down and highlighted what I was questioning and also explained it to me. She was able to answer all of my questions and she gave me a call back so quickly!
