I Usually Don’t Write Reviews But I Just Had To Give This Office It’s Praise I’ve Been On A House Hunt For The Past 2 Days Now And It Can Be Mind Boggling Especially When Dealing With Rude People And I Was Kind Of Nervous To Apply With Them Because I Did Not Want Another Rude Experience But Today I Walked In This Office & Was Welcomed In With No Problem Nor Was There Any Sign Of Discrimination Due To My Appearance And I Really Appreciated That. If You’re Ever Looking To Rent & Have The Qualifications I Definitely Recommend Applying With Burch Homes The Ladies & Gentlemen At The Office Are Very Respectful & Will Answer Any & All Questions.

Just down right unprofessional, they don't even call you to say whether you got the home or didn't... you can call 100 times and they still don't know anything, bad business's..."don't let people just wait and not say anything"...waste of time...Since she was a BLACK nurse with a good income and credit score that may have been the problem...my oppinion...go to Curb Appeal in Jonesboro, they were quick....
