I can't speak highly enough of our experience with Burgstrom Kramer. After over 3 years of searching for the perfect property, In 2015 we moved our company Right Parts Inc. to Watsonville, CA. We couldn't have found a more professional commercial real estate team then Burgstrom Kramer. They truly listened to our every need and made sure we found the perfect property to fit our growing company. We have had vast experience over the years with owning and leasing over 12 commercial properties throughout the Silicon Valley, while doing business with many different commercial real estate representatives, all I can say is that they could learn a few things from Burgstrom Kramer. Take it from Right Parts Inc., you will be in great hands with William "Bill" Burgstrom, Glenn Kramer and their highly trained professional staff.

This staff is very rude. They do not answer the phone, and give you attitude once you get a hold of somebody. I would not recommend doing business with them
