Clean and safe. Lived there for around a year before moving out of state. Any repairs were done without much issue.

At first I thought that renting from Butterfield Apartments in Flagstaff was a great idea. Until I started the property manager Ali did not take care of the property like she was supposed to where as safety was concerned. Ali waited a whole summer to replace lighting in front of our apartment building. Did nothing to go out to check on her resident who did not have access to cell phones and emails. Wrote email as make sure that we clean up the areas for our neighbors during 3 bad snowstorms that Flagstaff had and still made it her time to keep her seat warm in the office in front of the computer. When I ask for community service help one of them stated that hey always had problems with Butterfield apartments and at that kept charging late fees to other service and church service that helped us out. when we left the place we left the apartment fully cleaned and Ali still kept out deposit. Another fact when we called for maintenance my girlfriend was home all alone when a male maintenance came in the apartment common sense for a property manager should have been that Ali should have been in the apartment to make sure that nothing went wrong with a male inside an apartment with a female but that was not so. Ali made sure that her chair was more important and her computer then the safety of her residents. my suggestion. Do not stay here at Butterfield Apartments if I could I rate this even lower.

Maintenance is great, super friendly and fast. Office crew does a good job as well. Basically zero problems with anything the entire time I've lived here. One month the automatic payment system messed up. They fixed it almost instantly. Everyone here seems on top of things and I never have to stress about anything related to my apartment, which is refreshing.

They also organize little pop-up events and things a few times a month. Sometimes it's simple like giving out donuts, though one time they had a photographer show up and take a family portrait for free (nice). My parents appreciated that one in their Christmas card. There was also a scavenger hunt, group TV premier viewing, and lots of other various stuff. It feels like they care a lot about residents compared to other places I've lived.

Staff are very helpful and very nice. Apartment is very clean and we'll setup. The property is very clean and calm. Paperwork is very simple and understanding. The apartment was very clean and ready to be moved into.

The current Office Crew is doing an excellent job for residents. They are open, respectful and firmly competent. They display and perform a high degree of social skills without pretenses. In my view this community is consistently, relentlessly and sincerely improving. I witnessed that how fast and smoothly and before many others, the management staff in Butterfield advanced and quickly adjusted with the post covid Behavorial relaxed momentum. As a result, it brought and carried a sheer of happiness and easness in the life of residents. A very professional, matured, candid and settled management team running the Butterfield community, and this alone is really a great and distinguished advantage, and it encourages me to stay and not move to other places. The Butterfield Apts has a superior maintenance crew with a lightening respond attitude to resolve any problems that it may arises anytime.

Butterfield is not just an apartment complex, but a home. The staff (Kathy, Property Manager and Chelsea Orso, Leasing Agent) are extremely friendly, helpful and positive people. If there is a maintenance problem Paul and Mike are ready to put the problem to right, no matter what time it is.

Butterfield staff makes a concerted effort to treat the residents like individual people and the staff knows people's names. It is a very warm and secure place to live. I'm never moving!

This apartment is FANTASTIC!! I have had zero issues here, the service requests are answered immediately and Ali is AWESOME!! I am so happy to be here and to call the Butterfield Apartments home!! This will be home for many years to come!!
