moving here from Florida last year, I was surprised to find such high speed Internet in a rural community. And the cost 59.95 really isn’t that bad. On a speed test today, October 22, 2024 downloads pinged at 205, With uploads at 194. Thanks for keeping us connected with the rest of the world Buzz.

I have lived in many places with service provider options and there is not a single provider that doesn't have issues from time to time. It's technology and it's great when everything works and frustrating when it doesn't. The thing is, Buzz provides the best service in our area and beyond. Be grateful that someone took the initiative to provide us with this service. It has also given the competition an incentive to upgrade their network as well. Go BUZZ!!!

Internet is great when it works. Good luck calling them about any issues though. Never answers the phone. Tried calling them 6 separate times over a 3 hour period and they never answered. They said call anytime, we have 24 hour assistance. Nah

I have been waiting over 2 months-after paying for internet I have no approximate time of when my service will be installed. I have never had to wait so long for internet service. I have spoken to many different people with a different non answer. ABSOLUTELY REDICULOUS!

Don’t waste your money with this company. It was one thing waiting for the install for so long but now that my internet has been out for a week they have failed to show up and fix it. I’d rather have satellite at this point.

We loved Buzz to begin with but we started having problems about 3 months ago. Our service is intermittent now.... worse than the satellite service... Buzz please do better!
