I have been a state farm customer for years because of agent c h faber. I purchased insurance with state farm when i was a senior in high school. Then i introduced a few of my family members to mr faber so they could purchase insurance. I am now 50ish and still a customer. We have been very pleased with our service and agent. Mr Faber is one of the best, thank you

Horrible service. I had auto insurance with State Farm that renewed every month with autopay. For some reason the autopay stopped and my bill was past due. They did not call me or notify me that my bill was not paid. I was under the impression that my bill automatically gets paid every month via my credit card.

Three months go by and the only reason I find out was because I got a letter from the dmv stating my license was suspended for not having auto insurance. This was a complete shock since I was under the impression I had insurance.

Fortunately I didn’t get into an accident during these three months that I didn’t not have insurance. It’s incredibly negligent that Mr. Faber’s office did not call me to notify me that my bill hadn’t been paid. Now my insurance has increased significantly because I was considered an uninsured driver for 3 months.

I’ve notified Mr. Faber but he is unable to fix this situation. I would never trust them to help vouch for me if I ever had an accident.

I'm happy to say we have known Mr. Faber for 30 years and he has been a loyal and trusting agent. When we moved to Chesterfield County in 1991, instead of going into the office, Mr. Faber came to our residence to complete the paperwork. He's very knowledgeable of the insurance products and has assisted us in the past with new products and claims. He always greet us with a smile in the office and outside in the community.
We are thankful for the office staff as they give excellent customer service. Corey's customer service is impeccable. He explains everything so you can understand, is always willing to answer questions, and provide great response time whether he's assisting you telephonically or in the office. Corey always delivers professional and courteous service.
