It's pretty much a self service operation. Whatever maintenance they agree to, the resident has to contact the vendor. I get the need to coordinate the scheduling with the resident. However when the vendor is unresponsive, the owner should facilitate the scheduling. Owners don't care about turnover. They prefer turnover so that they can raise rents more than the law allows them to raise a current resident. It's just business. No need for good customer service.

I have had the pleasure of renting from C21 San Clemente for the last 8 years. Amber Yielding is a stellar property manager. She is fair and responsive and takes care of the properties she manages.
