Spoke to Megan on the phone who was not a problem solver or polite. I never received my car title after the transfer and was happy to pay the cost to get a new one and was not upset by it at all- she informed me I needed to be there in person for a wet signature and I don't live in California and with a very ugly attitude, she informed me "I didn't tell you you HAVE to fly here. I told you we need a wet signature". I don't understand where the hostility came from as I was simply trying to understand and was worried because I don't live close. BUT PSA- You can do it through the DMV and then avoid paying extra to do it through them so everyone should know they can do it online for cheaper and without the attitude.

I have used CAL Auto services frequently, this is truly a one stop shop. Friendly staff, Yokabeth always has a fun positive attitude, she is fast and efficient, always has the YES answer for you. Definitely a great place to get all your DMV questions or needs resolved.

I went to their place to save money and time. Neither happened. In fact, it actually cost me extra money in the end. With several phone calls and me actually waking in a couple times, I could never get a straight answer on why my DMV paperwork was not being processed. I eventually got fed up, did some online research and mailed in the correct form along with payment directly to the DMV. I had what I needed in a few weeks. I wish I would have done that from the beginning. My time was wasted and they only refunded me half of the fees I paid them originally after I asked for a refund. Horrible customer experience.

Today I am registering a car for a person I sold a car to. I would rather have California Auto Registration make sure all the transfer and papera are done correctly. They made things run smooth. I was in and out in 10 minutes.
